Farnborough Air Show 2018 - Day 1

Farnborough 2018 kicked off this morning with a nice order from DHL for 14 777F freighters but by the end of the day Airbus had won the day's order race with numerous new orders for the A320neo.  Most of Boeing's announcements were for orders that had been already booked as unidentified including 4 x 787-9s by United Airlines.

I'm still anticipating that Emirates will finalize their 787 order this week.  That will be a big deal and a welcome one for the 787-10 which I think needs a boost in orders.
